The manufacturing process produces 0% waste, recycling every bit of yarn. According to the supply agreement between the company and the herders, herders furnish wools from yaks early in March and April in order to avoid wool waste, which takes more than three months to dissolve into the ground.
The Company has prioritized recruiting females who are heads of their families. Their employment is still maintained, with only 10% of current workers being newly recruited.
The Company’s raw material policy enables herders to sell the raw material obtained from their livestock at proper prices. It prevents merchants from obtaining them at lower prices leaving the benefit for herders. Because in the countryside herder’s main source of living is the livestock.
